Our Sales Policy and Procedures

Inquiries: If you wish to inquire about an item before actually
purchasing it, please do so by e-mail. We will respond promptly, except
in rare instance that we are traveling. You may wish to include your
telephone number if your questions requires a lengthy answer.

Purchases: When purchasing items from Sweet Memories, you as
buyer agree to the following terms and procedures.

1.) When you have decided to purchase, please fill out and submit
the Order Form. You will immediately receive and e-notice
that we have received your order. Your order will then be
confirmed within 24 hours by an e-mail that will include all
information you'll need to make payment, including shipping
and insurance costs. We make every effort to keep our site up to
date, but because sales take place every day, there is always a
slight chance that a listed item might already be sold. In
such a rare case, you will be notified by e-mail.

2.) We charge only for actual shipping and insurance costs;
we do not add any handling fees. If you prefer to arrange for
shipping charges to be billed to your own account with FedEx or
UPS, you can include the appropriate forms along with your payment.

3.) Virginia residents must add sales tax of 4.5% unless buying for
resale. If you are buying for resale, please include a copy of your
resale certificate and a notice of your intent to resell, along
with your signature. Orders from Virginia residents that do not
include either sales tax or resale information will be delayed until amended.

4.) Please pre-pay by either personal check, money order, cashiers check,
or credit card. Check the appropriate box in the order form.
. Money order, cashier's check, and credit card payments ship
within two business days.
. Personal checks, expect shipment within ten business days.
. No international personal checks please.
